Just wondering if there are Windows binaries yet.  Is this compiled on 
Windows using MinGW or VC++ 6?

I checked the FTP directories on ruby-lang:
ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/binaries/mswin32/unstable/
ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/binaries/mingw/1.9/
ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/binaries/djgpp/1.9/
...and all don't have it yet.
