From: eric@... (Eric Lee Green) Date: 2002-01-25T07:36:49+09:00 Subject: [ANN] aes-rb v0.1.0 An all-C (for performance) implementation of the AES (Rijndael) encryption algorithm for Ruby, implementing ECB and CFB-128 modes. Changes: * Commented out all the Python doc strings that were cluttering up the neighborhood and making MSC choke * added an ECB test vectors file derived from the official AES test vectors * fixed a whoops that would have broke it on a 64-bit architecture * added an aes-test.rb file to run against the test vectors to make sure it really does comply with the AES standard (at least insofar as ECB mode goes -- I have not looked at the "Modes of Operation" doc yet to extract out any CFB-128 test vectors). TODO: Document, document, document! Right now the only documentation is the aes-example.rb file.
