Subject: Link to maschine translations of Ruby Resources

The link on ruby-lang.org to machine translations on excite.co.jp
for Japanese languages sites, in particular Japanese mail lists, became
essentially unusable in recent months.
Alta Visita (bable fish) offers a fast and better formatted alternative
for Japanese <=> English machine translations (which always make
for a good laugh, well a small chuckle at least) - so maybe the
translation link on ruby-lang.org should be updated accordingly.
