Sorry I can't remeber the name of the person that did it, but I think the 
intention of that dummy.html was to do with Konqueror ended up still opening 
up the source in a new window, someone mentioned that if you do the above it 
opens it in the bottom part which I _think_ was what Rich intended to happen?
