I found another namimg rule for new separated lists. 

dev-en, dev-ja, ...  for developpers (in English, in Japanese, ...)
ext-en, ext-ja, ...  for ext lib developpers (...)
... etc.  

We know that we are already using Ruby, and don't need prefix "ruby-" ;)
