I really like it! What do other people think? Without the numbers (i.e. the old ruby-talk format) it wouldn't break any newsreaders, and people could easily find the postings that they were most interested in, without having to sift through a bunch of others. And, you could still be subscribed to just one mailing list/newsgroup! But that would require participation on the part of all the subscribers, and would probably not be implemented by people new to the list (they wouldn't know the drill yet), so it wouldn't totally categorize the list. But that's a really good idea, anyway. Some of that goes on already, with the [ANN] demarcation and [BUG] as well. Maybe we should all try that for awhile and see how it works out? -- << T o b i a s D i P a s q u a l e >> anany@ece.villanova.edu | tdipas01@villanova.edu | toby@khenry.com "Bill Gates comes to visit SoftImage and during an employee Q/A someone asks 'Since the Internet is all about free software, how come Microsoft is still charging for it?'" -- Adam Barr, __Proudly Serving My Corporate Masters__
