I do not have access to a Windows XP box, and am not planning to upgrade
anytime soon, so I haven't actually run the code on that OS. Note that this
was a Cygwin-based build of Ruby and FXRuby; for the next Windows installer
Andy's going with a Visual C++ (a.k.a. "native") build of Ruby and so I
guess we can cross our fingers and see how that works on XP.
