Hi Tobias,
         here's my vote:

1) ruby-talk     (whatever doesn't fit below - remains the main list)
2) ruby-gui      (so that I can filter it out :)
3) ruby-dev      (for developers--changes, bugs, patches, the works)
4) ruby-announce (for people which want very low volume, but also want
                   to be notified of new releases and/or modules)
