I think this would be a good solution. a seperate list/newsgroup for GUI
issues would be good. there has been a lot of discussion about these
topic during the last months

maybe a useful addition would be 
ruby-xml [all about XML, XSLT, SAX, DOM, REXML, XML-RPC, SOAP....]
