 Yes, in a method definition you can specify in this order

  * required args (arg1, arg2)
  * optionnal args (arg3="06", arg4=nil, arg5=nil)
  * rest args (*rest)
  * block arg (&block)

 If you specify an optionnal argument, the following arguments (except for
 *rest and &block) must also have a default value
