Whoops -- I had a typo in my exception handling code.  I've fixed it, so
it looks like this:

    begin
      require 'tmail'
    rescue Exception =3D> e
      puts "#{e.class} : #{e}"
    end

=2E . . and the output in the browser now looks like this:

    LoadError : no such file to load -- tmail

=2E . . but, as I said before, it works from the shell, so I know tmail is
on the system and accessible.
