I added the ruby-menu.vim file to:

It currently does:

Runs the script in the buffer
Runs RI on the word under the cursor
Runs the script using the word under the cursor as an arg
Comment line(s)
Uncomment line(s)

If you want to add to the script I will gladly integrate what you
submit with the appropriate "who did what" in the file comments.
