Subject: A couple of issues with the new Windows installer

I downloaded the ruby165-2.exe which uses the nullsoft installer instead 
of the InstallShield installer.  On WinNT it installed fine.  Under Win98 
I noticed that at the end it stopped- I could kind of see that it was 
asking a question about choosing an editor for Ruby files, but the text 
was half cutoff and there were no clickable buttons showing.  I remembered 
this question from the WinNT install, so I just hit enter and it finished 
OK - I'm not sure what editor it chose, though.  So on Win98 there seems 
to be a bit of a problem with that question about choosing an editor at 
the end of the install process.

The other issue is that this installer is slllowwwwww!!!  Not a huge 
problem, but I could have built Ruby from source on Linux and done a make 
install and had a bit of time left over  in the time it took to install on 
Windows using this nullsoft installer.
