Well, the original post was about standardizing around a single API, and making it something that's completely cross-platform. AFAIK, there isn't presently /any/ good candidate that covers all major platforms. Fox doesn't exist for MacOS, RubyCocoa and Rigs are limited to certain platforms, and I'm still curious if anyone has tried using Ruby-Tk on MacOS X???
