I definitely don't advocate a .exe, as I think most Ruby users (including
Matz) come from the Unix world.

This is still being put together. I'm thinking of maybe a .zip file for
Windows folks and a .tar.gz for Unix types (with appropriate newlines
in the text files in each).

I had thought of an HTML table of contents, but now I'm leaning toward
a simple README, with the files (mostly) named after the page number.
