While installing Rails, I came across the fact that I need this library,
libopenssl-ruby.I am running LINUX Suse: 2.6.16.21-0.8-smp
ruby -v
ruby 1.8.6 (2008-08-08 patchlevel 286) [i686-linux]

Where can I get that library?
