RubyGarden is Usemod - if you click on preferences you can select to
have it e-mail you when 'significant' changes are made to a
page. Significant changes are those where the person editing the page
checks the 'send notification' box.

Also, RubyGarden supports a number of RDF feeds (the Wiki, the RCRs,
Ruby Weekly News, and the web log itself). On most systems you can
arrange to have these feeds displayed on your desktop. I'm working on
setting up proper caching for these - when I do I'll publish a set of
URLs.
