Hiho,

I've posted that Config.rb thing at the RubyCookbook site 
(www.rubycookbook.org), and in the process touched it up.  There were a 
couple of bugs that would have caused whitespace and comments to not be 
ignored.  I've also added a feature that makes the code secure from attacks 
through config files.

It is recipe #155.
