Would someone PLEASE make a self-contained RubyWin that runs 100% in user-space under NT? I don't have Administrator access where I work, and therefore can't install any software that modifies restricted areas of the registry. The rest of the users don't need/want Ruby, and the IM department would never agree to install it anyway. I would like to (ideally) just unzip into a private directory and double-click to start the IDE/Interpreter. By "self contained", I mean that it should look for any configuration information in a .INI file in the same directory as the interpreter, and the association between scripts and interpreter should be accomplished using "Open with..." and "Always use this program to open files of this type".
