Subject: Improved nginx.conf for Ruby On Rails

I've been trying to improve the standard nginx.conf for Ruby On Rails
(http://wiki.codemongers.com/NginxRubyonRailsMongrel) with the help of
Maxim Dounin, and so far this is what we got:
