Subject: New Rubygarden poll

The last poll was our first 500 voter! The question was:

     I run Ruby primarily on

Window's users put up a credible showing:

     Windows 95/98/ME 8.58 % (44)
     Windows NT/XP/2000 25.34 % (130)
     Linux 44.05 % (226)
     BSD 9.16 % (47)
     Solaris 3.90 % (20)
     Other Unix 0.97 % (5)
     Mac OS X 7.60 % (39)
     Mac other 0.00 % (0)
     Other... .39 % (2)

     Total votes: 513

The total Windows vote of 174 is significant: it'll be interesting to
see how Windows support develops in future.

This week's poll is related: rather than asking what you currently run
Ruby on, it asks what you'd most want effort concentrated on in
future.
