I think the consensus is "yes". If you have a package (or something like
a package) that consists of more than one class/module and you want
others to use it you should wrap it in a namespace module.

But I don't think there is any consensus yet as to how the namespace
should be structured (nothing like the organization of CPAN), so I think
you have to go by your own judgement there (or copy CPAN).

You can just write

    module A
        stuff 1 ...
    end

    module A
        stuff 2 ...
    end

in each file, if that is what you are asking.
