Ok, from the top of my head the minimal requirement I will be needing is: Thread creation deletion joining suspending/yielding Mutex creation deletion locking unlocking And I agree co-operation is a good thing :) : matz. : P.S. : As a language geek, I have ferite sourcecode on my laptop. ;-) Eeeek. Well, dont get too scared by it, there is some nice code in there, and some awful code. Currently I am re-doing the array code [because it's terrible] and the module system to allow for a much tighter integration of native/script code. But thats all fun. You will also notice (or soon will) that I borrowed some features from ruby that I think are excellent :) Regards, Chris -- Chris Ross (boris) [ chris@darkrock.co.uk, http://www.darkrock.co.uk ] [ (chris|boris)@ferite.org, http://www.ferite.org ] "My memory is failing.
