Subject: FXRuby: How to print on Windows

I'm currently having a problem making Fox print. Has anyone got some sample
code on how to set up FXPrinter and/or FXDCPrint? I'd like the printing to
happen in the background (mostly that means without popping an FXPrintDialog
box).
