Subject: Development Environment for Team Project

Hello all,

I am planning to build an enterprise application using RoR, but I am not
sure which IDE or tool I have to use among my team members.

I am a VS .net developer, and I wonder if there is any similar IDE or
product that I can use with my team members.  All team members need to
efficiently develop each module(s) without stepping on each other's
work/code.
