Subject: can play wav file on XP but not on Vista

Hi all,

I know this is not a Ruby-related question but I wonder if anyone there
can give me a hand.

I download some wav files from the website. To my suprise that the same
wav files can be played by Windows media player on XP(an older version
of V11)  but not on Vista( an newer version of V11). I run scannow as
administrator on Vista but the problem is still there.
