You've got me looked at the RingFinger class. The default broadcast address=
 list is ['<broadcast>'=2C 'localhost']. It is that '<broadcast>' that retu=
rns uri from other localhost's ports or other machines in my network=2C som=
ewhat in a non deterministic order=2C thus primary is non deterministic. I =
tried to find out what this <broadcast> mean and it seems to bring me to th=
e topic of socket itself=2C which I'm not familiar with.

Now=2C if the default broadcast address list is reversed=2C that is 'localh=
ost' is the first address=2C then you'll always get the same primary (from =
my quick=2C loosely test). Any idea why it is set up as it is?
