I managed to install the hpricot, but when I am running a gem update then it tries to update hpricot as well and the same error occurs. Is there a command to explicitly exclude the hpricote update when running gem update (something like gem update --exclude hpricot) ?? As I started using ruby/rails only recently I am not completely familiar with all the options.
