Subject: HOWTO compile MySQL/Ruby for Cygwin

Hopefully my last word on this topic: I have tried quite a
few times to compile MySQL/Ruby for Cygwin under
win98. After reading through some other newsgroups, I have
concluded that it is just a bad idea. Apparently cygwin on
win9x is just a bag of woes. Of course, NT/2k is a different
story. I'm moving my development over to linux...
