If you type 'irb' (stands for 'interactive Ruby' I suspect) at the commandline you'll be able to do essentially the same as is done in the tutorial with eval.rb. 3) I did find eval.rb in the source distribution in the samples subdir, but if you're on Windows you probably don't have it (since you didn't build from source).
