Subject: A few questions...

Hi,
I have a few questions, first of, is Ruby an easy language to learn? And
I've looked at a few code examples of Ruby, and as far as I can see the code
is fairly clean, compared to other languages like PHP which has a messy
source code. Am I right? Also, I work alot on web site development, like
writing PHP scripts to do tasks, does Ruby have support for web site
development? Like methods to get the environment variables, and so on...
