IMHO: It makes sense to have the name as title for the following block, 
the name with arg list as documentation; this is good when the arg list 
is very long.

Something related:

Often, there's a lot of space without text in the main frame @ the 
bottom: large areas with just color or white background.
So perhaps the other frames could be made a little bigger.
Some programs have thousands of methods, so perhaps (as option?)

Something else:

Titles on all html files would be nice. (For example when bookmarking 
online RDocs.)
