From: Chris Gehlker Date: 2002-01-09T06:38:39+09:00 Subject: Please help with configure.in for Darwin I'm trying to edit configure.in so that everything will be installed in the right place on Darwin without the user having to know the options to configure. This means that on Darwin configure should execute as if it were invoked: ./configure --prefix='/usr' --mandir='/usr/share/man' Using the docs supplied with Darwin, I found a nice macro, AC_PREFIX_DEFAULT, that I can use to conditionally handle the first part of this but there doesn't seem to be a corresponding macro to set the mandir. Can anyone explain how to do this? -- Laws are the spider's webs which, if anything small falls into them they ensnare it, but large things break through and escape. -Solon, statesman (c. 638-c558 BCE)
