I actually do not see any particular differences between a Windows2000
Telnet session to a QNX 6.1 node and a QNX 4.24 node.

Except of course the terminal used to host the connection :

QNX 4.24 (failure with module NET::Ftp)
Last login: Mon Jan 07 13:24:56 2002 on //1/dev/ttyp0

QNX 6.1 (success with module NET::Ftp)
Last login: Mon Jan 7 14:30:36 2002 on /dev/ttyp1
