You are right! Textmate can do some of those things. But I have downloaded 
Netbeans as Leslie suggested and I like it. I've been debugging already.

TextMate can do things like this, and more.

Try pressing Command-R.

On the bottom bar, click the button to the left of "Tab Size" and you can 
see 
the things TextMate can do for you (tab completion, ri lookups, etc).
