Thank you for an excellent tool.
We've just started using it at
http://rrr.jin.gr.jp/doc/ .  Hmm.  Seeing these docs,
we should write more comments.

I've not yet dived into the src of rdoc but same modules
in separated files could overwrite the docs each other?
For example, generated doc from DRb src at
http://rrr.jin.gr.jp/doc/drb/index.html contains many
'DRb' entries in module/class list.  Is this known issue?
