Personally I don't care very much about it, I'd gladly open up my
~/lib/ruby to a Napster-like service[1], but I understand that it can
be a concern (at least a formal one).

[1] Ok, I'll admit it, I've toyed with the idea for at least a couple
of hours.  I even came up with ``Devster (or just Rubyster): a
peer-to-peer *source* file sharing system''.  Possibly a cool idea,
even if not so good for us phone-based folks (if for nothing else,
because we can't be online all the time and our code is less
available) and code is likely to mutate at virus-speed making the
concept of /agreed/xarray.rb a faint mirage.  Yet the two (a central
repository and a sharing network) can work together.
