Hi.  See 'load' in the documentation.
Also you might want to check out
RDE development environment for
Windows.  I just put RubyWin and
the whole installation that includes
it from Pragmatic Programmers book
download, on my system and RDE
seems quite a bit more stable and
useful at present.

The html help that comes with the
Pragmatic Programmers install is
much better but there's an option
where you can point RDE to use
that help file instead.
