I hope I have not suggested that coding, thinking, software engineering is 
define as how I do them. I will be responding directly (so as not to 
bore/annoy others), but in this message I would like to point one 
particular statment I made, which was one of the stronger:

   Methodologies and Tools exist independently; completely.

This interpretation came from the following statment [29935]:

   I'm not sure how languages can help you write better code "from the 
software engineering / methodology perspective".  You can do any software 
engineering / methodology using any language.

I am being unfair when I interpret this so? Please help me out here--I do 
wish to understand.

Again, I believe Methodologies and Tools are linked and strongly. Certain 
tools are better for certain methodologies. Python attempted a few things 
(indention, docstrings, etc.). I am simply wondering if/where thought was 
put in on Ruby on this topic.
