Hrm... perhaps, "It is vital for Ruby to run on:

A) Just POSIX
B) Just Windows
C) Just MacOS
D) Both Windows/Mac (desktop)
E) Both POSIX/Windows (server)
F) Other OS
G) All OS's possible"

etc.  I'm not particularly talented at that stuff.  I just think that,
as you said in the e-mail, you wanted to see the importance of Ruby
running on Windows... that's not necessarily the same as what people
currently run Ruby on.  I.e.  I'd love to be able to run Quick-Books on
Linux, that is a huge priority to me if I could make those decisions,
but yet it doesn't run on Linux.
