Radical 0.3 released.
 
Radical is a web application framework written in
pure ruby, based on GServer.

* Pluggable handlers. RubyScript,ERuby and
GeneralHandler handlers are provided. Handlers have
buffered output, but it can be overridden for
streaming data

* Pluggable cache managers. ProxyCache(sets expire),
StorageCache(stores on-disk), and ComboCache(both) are
provided

* Powerful intergrated internationalized templating
system, based on ERuby.

* Pluggable loggers

* Lightweight persistent object system for storing
stateful information

* Ruby beans - persistent objects
* Much more flexible handler management
* Various bugfixes
