If I understand this, then in Polish descriptive adjectives are usually
put before nouns and relational adjectives are often put after nouns.

At least I try to carefully choose the order depending on whether
the adjective merely describes the object ("broken chair") or makes
a new concept ("electric chair" - the opposite order in Polish).
It's interesting if other languages make this distinction too.
