Subject: special type of string replacement

Hi,

I want to insert the "&#x200B;" character in between each character of
a string contained in @user.email.  So if the string output were
"me@mine.com", the result would be
"m&#x200B;e&#x200B;@&#x200B;m&#x200B;i&#x200B;n&#x200B;e&#x200B;.&#x200B;c&#x200B;o&#x200B;m".
