First off, I wrote Johann asking for a full list of issues so that Matz and I can work on correcting the problems. Haven't received a list yet, but am looking forward to that. There are some font inconsistencies and indentation problems that we've noted but on the whole, we've gotten some nice feedback on the book (handy, well-organized). Please don't hesitate to send comments directly to me. I will make sure they get into any reprints/revisions of the book (and I hope there will be many). There were in fact many hurdles to this book: quick schedule :(, translation of an out of date Japanese pocket ref, other issues that I will not bore you with. It is a reference book, not a cover to cover read, but a reference book written by none other than Matz, so I hope you'll give it a chance, and send me your feedback. I am listening, and eager to improve the book in whatever ways you suggest.
