Subject: [ruby-talk:28937] problem with compilation of ext/tcltklib

Hi,

I would like to install ruby on a linux Mandrake8.1 pentium PC.
I can't compile the tcltklib extension.
I don't find where is the problem.

Have someone an advise ?

It seems to me that there is a problem with the function 't_open' of the
'libnsl' library.
I test to do this :

nm -DB /usr/lib/libnsl.so | grep t_open

nothing is found!
I don't know what to do now.
