Hello,

I have got report from that jttui can be compiled with
cygwin.

However there is compile problem due to cygwin
curses library:
asc_map is undefined, macros ACS_BLOCK, ACS_BOARD,
ACS_BTEE and ACS_BULLET refer to it.

One possible solution is to force definition
of ACS_* to their fail-safe values by removing
their surrounding ifdef/endif in jtcur.c .
