I know its fun to think up cool new names, and I hate to sound "boring", but
the pragmatist in  me says that in the long run the Ruby community would be
better served with an obvious, self-describing name like:

   Ruby Weekly News
   Ruby News Weekly
   Ruby News Digest

It will be obvious to anyone (even those who have not yet been converted)
what it is all about. It will get indexed by search engines in a manner that
people searching for ruby news might actually find it.
