Subject: gem server start via launchd

I put this in /Library/LaunchDaemons

It will start the Ruby Gem documentation server at boot.  I don't know
how to get it to start when the first request comes in.

The gems that ships with 10.5 is too old.  So, update it first with: gem
update --system
