It would be interesting to see backend that allows RPM to produce correct Requires: and Provides: tags when building RPMS with Ruby code in it. This is problem similar documentation one. However, I would like to see support for dynamically generated classes like this one: module Midgard # Generate stubs for Midgard classes, each in its own module $MidgardObjects.each do |symbol, table| line = __LINE__ + 1 eval %{ module #{symbol} class Midgard#{symbol} < MidgardObject def initialize(mgd, value=-1) super (mgd, "#{table.to_s.downcase}", value) end end end }, binding, __FILE__, line end end Which produces set of nested modules and class definition stubs according to content of $MidgardObjects hash. Currently rdoc does not understand this while this technique is quite useful in Ruby. Does anybody have ideas how we could improve rdoc for this? -- / Alexander Bokovoy $ cat /proc/identity >~/.signature `Senior software developer and analyst for SaM-Solutions Ltd.` --- Nov 21 20:58:58 alconost kernel: VFS: Busy inodes after unmount.
