(period) Er.. actually they do, but noone really know you to use it: - Download MinGW-5.1.3.exe, install Current or candidate packages - Download and install msys-1.0.10.exe - Donwload and install msysDTK-1.0.10.exe That will give you a *nix like environment for MinGW! Happy? Hope so, so, now the problems: Ruby is build with VC6, that brings: mkmf.rb (used for extconf) will not work without tweaking, since rbconfig store sensible information about the compiler used to build ruby, and mingw wouldn't match.
